What are comments?

Comments are collaborative notes that allow your team to document investigation details and share context directly on individual occurrences:

Why are comments important?

Comments provides a centralized source of truth where team members can capture investigation notes, share context, and document progress without leaving Intruder.

How do comments work?

Add a comment:

Click the "Add a comment..." field, enter your desired text, and click the send icon:

Identify occurrences with comments

Look for the small comment icon to the right of the target's name within the list of occurrences:

Identify the number of comments an occurrence has

Hover over the comment icon:

View the most recent comment

Look for the topmost comment. Comments appear in a chronological list with the most recent entry at the top:

Edit or delete your own comment

Click "•••" to the right of the comment:

View edited comments

Look for the "last edited" date and time to the right of the date and time the comment was originally added:

All comments remain visible even after an occurrence has been remediated or snoozed, giving your team a full historical record.
