Overview
This article walks you through cancelling your Intruder subscription from within the portal. The process takes approximately two minutes and includes a short feedback survey. Once cancelled, you will retain access to Intruder until the end of your current billing period.
ℹ️ Note: Only customers paying by card can cancel their plan by following all the steps in this article. If you are paying by invoice and wish to cancel your subscription, please get in touch with us directly.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Click the three-dot (…) icon to the right of the yellow Manage licenses button:
Click Cancel plan:
Click Complete cancellation:
Complete the 5-question survey:

Confirm you see "Your service has been cancelled":
What Happens Next?
Your access to Intruder remains active until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be made to your payment method.
You can resubscribe to a plan at any time from the plans page within your Intruder account
