Intruder's scheduled scans ensure your systems are checked for weaknesses on a regular basis. But what if you've deployed a configuration change on a target and want to confirm the latest security posture of your target? That's where Intruder's Scan now functionality comes in.
Where can I kick off a scan?
Simply hit the yellow button in the top right:
On this modal, you can choose to scan everything (leave the first dropdown empty):
Or you can filter by tags and/or targets by clicking the first dropdown and selecting accordingly:
🎫 Plan Availability: Advanced scan settings are available only on the Pro, Enterprise, and Vanguard plans.
Select the targets you wish to scan and hit the Scan button:

Once the results are in, we'll update the portal accordingly. If you want to download any of your results as a PDF or CSV report, that option is available too.
You'll also receive an email to let you know the scan has completed, as configured in your notification settings.
Please note that the scan will run using whichever Scan Priority is defined on the settings page at the time the scan runs. You can read more about this here.
