How do I download a report?

Received your email summary, but want to see the results in full? Then check out this quick and easy guide for downloading your scan results

🎫 Plan Availability: Reports can be downloaded on all plans.

ℹ️ Note: On our Free Plan, it's only possible to download watermarked PDF reports. Signing up for a paid plan removes the watermark, and you'll also be able to download a CSV export of issues. You can upgrade your plan on the Billing page.

You can download a report from various sections of the portal, depending on what you want to export...

Download the report for a specific scan:

  1. Head to the Scans page > find the scan > click the ellipses > Press Download PDF/CSV

  2. Click Download PDF/CSV


Download the latest results for specific target(s) in a scan:

  1. Head to the Reports page > click the 'Download' button > click 'Download scan report':

    1. Select 'Scan Report'

    2. Choose the relevant scan from the dropdown

    3. Enter the desired target(s) in the 'Scope' field

    4. Select the severity of occurrences you want included in the report in the 'Severity threshold' dropdown

    5. ​Check 'Include all occurrences' in the 'Report detail' section if you want to include all occurrences in the report

Download a report for a specific point-in-time:

  1. Head to the Reports page > click the 'Download' button > click 'Download scan report':

    • Select 'Point-in-time Report'

    • Choose the relevant date from the dropdown

    • If desired, pick specific tags or targets from the 'Scope' field


Download the report for all targets in a specific scan:

  1. Head to the Reports page > click the 'Download' button > click 'Download scan report':

    • Select 'Scan Report'

    • Choose the relevant scan from the dropdown

    • Leave the 'Scope' field empty

Download the results for tagged targets in a specific scan:

  1. Head to the Reports page > click the 'Download' button > click 'Download scan report':

    • Select 'Scan Report'

    • Choose the relevant scan from the dropdown

    • Enter the desired tag in the 'Scope' field

Download and view the results by issue severity:

  1. Head to the Reports page > click the 'Download' button > click 'Download scan report':

  2. Select your desired 'Severity threshold':

  3. View the issue severities in the downloaded report:
