How to manage your subscription when you pay by card

⚠️ Important: Please pay any outstanding invoices before making changes to your plan. This prevents processing errors in the portal.

ℹ️ Note: All plans require a minimum of 5 infrastructure licenses. You won't be able to reduce your count below this.

You can choose to upgrade/downgrade from most plans within the portal:

You can downgrade from Pro to Cloud at any time from the Billing page.
