Only users paying by card can download their invoices from within the portal.
For users paying by invoice, please reach out to your nominated Customer Success Manager and they'd be happy to help!
To download invoices for your Intruder subscription, head to Settings > Billing and scroll down to Invoices at the bottom of the page:
Note: You can currently only download invoices if you pay for your Intruder subscription by card.
