Securing our customers' data is our highest priority, one of the ways in which we ensure this is by offering two-factor authentication for our users. Enabling this for your account is a very simple process, just follow the steps below:
Go to the Settings page:
2. Under My Account, click 'Activate Two-Factor Authentication':
3. As the first step says – save your recovery codes in a safe place!
(If you ever lose access to your phone, you will need one of these codes to log in).
4. Install a two-factor app (like Google Authenticator) on your phone and scan the barcode with the app.
5. Enter the code generated by the app into the text box below and click 'Enable Two-Factor Authentication':
You're done!
From now on, anytime you login to the Intruder Portal you'll be prompted to enter your code as shown below:
You can also view the users that have and have not enabled 2FA on your Team account by taking a look at the Team page in Settings:
