Securing our customers' data is our highest priority. One of the ways in which we ensure this is by offering two-factor authentication for our users. Enabling this for your account is a very simple process; just follow the steps below:
Go to the Settings page:
Under My Account, click 'Activate Two-Factor Authentication':
As the first step says – save your recovery codes in a safe place (If you ever lose access to your phone, you will need one of these codes to log in).
Then, install an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) on your phone and scan the barcode.
Enter the code generated by the app into the text box below and click '
Enable 2FA':
You're done!
From now on, anytime you log into the Intruder Portal, you'll be prompted to enter your code as shown below:
You can also view the users who have and have not enabled 2FA on your Team account by taking a look at the Users page in Settings:
