Rapid Response is available to all users with a Premium or Vanguard subscription.

What is it?

Manual scanning to help check for the latest critical weaknesses hitting the news including some that our core scanners don't have checks for yet or ones that are better detected by a person.

How does it work?

πŸ‘‰ The security team continuously monitor security threat feeds and news for emerging critical-risk vulnerabilities.

πŸ‘‰ When a threat is identified, we'll scan your targets and try to identify any affected systems. If we suspect a target could be susceptible, we'll send over an advisory with further details and recommendations.

What does it cover?

  • High risk weaknesses with a CVSS score of 9.5+

  • Weaknesses remotely exploitable over the internet

  • Monday to Friday working hours (9.30am - 5.30pm GMT), with action beginning within 1 working day of exposures hitting security news streams.

What does it not cover?

  • Weaknesses requiring user interaction or privileged information such as credentials

  • Weaknesses in application libraries where discovery is only possible via in-depth application scans – we recommend using internal scanning agents to detect these instead.
