When running the installation command, or agent status you must be doing so as Admin. To do that, when you open up the command prompt, you want to right click and select 'Run as administrator' as shown below:

So long as you don't close that window, all subsequent commands run in that command terminal will be run as Admin, as shown below:

If you do close it, and the command prompt looks like this, you'll need to relaunch it and select 'Run as Administrator:
