If your systems are hosted with Microsoft Azure, you do not need to ask for permission before adding your systems as targets to the Intruder platform.

Microsoft recently changed their policy regarding penetration testing on their platform: "As of June 15, 2017, Microsoft no longer requires pre-approval to conduct a penetration test against Azure resources."
