If they aren't listed in either of the areas shown below, then unfortunately we don't support those specific cloud assets currently.
It may also be worth validating if the assets are tied to the account's currently synced with our Integration, if you have multiple AWS accounts, you might be interested in our AWS Organization integration.
EC2 Instances
The EC2 Dashboard might be listed under Recently visited, if not to view all EC2 instances you'd first head to Services:
Select Compute > EC2:
This will then open the EC2 Dashboard > Instances:
Selecting Instances then opens this page where you can see all present EC2s and their state:
Route 53 Domains
To view all Route 53 domains you'd first head to Services:
Select Networking & Content Delivery > Route 53:
Clicking on Route 53 will then take you to this dashboard where you can check for any Route 53 domains on this account:
