The Intruder platform is capable of detecting serious security weaknesses that hackers can exploit to gain access to systems on the internet.ย

We take this responsibility very seriously, and to help protect everyone else on the internet, Intruder asks for credit cards when activating your trial as a security measure to prevent our platform from being misused.ย

If you don't have access to a credit card our team can run some checks on your role and organisation, and activate your trial manually. This can take anywhere from a few minutes, to a few hours.

If in the meantime you can get hold of a credit card, please be assured you can cancel your trial at any time in the Intruder portal, there is no commitment to make a purchase, and we will send you an email reminder both seven and three days before your trial ends.

In addition, any trials which roll over into active subscriptions can be cancelled up to 14 days after the rollover, and a refund will be issued automatically if no reports have been downloaded from the platform. We also offer refunds beyond this, on a case by case basis.
