Do Intruder's monthly plans have a minimum contract length?

There is no commitment when signing up for our monthly plans, you can cancel at any time

Updated over a year ago

Most vulnerability scanners out there like to lock you into an annual billing period. If you decide after a few months the tool isn't really for you, you can't change it until the end of your contract. 🤨

At Intruder, we like to operate a little differently. We're so confident you'll like our platform, we won't tie you into any contracts longer than one month. So Intruder's monthly plans are just that, monthly. You don't have to commit to a certain number of months, you pay only for one month at a time. It's simple, like our platform.

This also allows you to change the number of licenses you need on a regular basis. Spinning up lots of EC2 instances for a new marketing push? Just up your licenses. Cooling things off for the holiday season? Just drop your licenses back down. Easy.

After you subscribe to one of Intruder's monthly contracts, you can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the Intruder portal. If you do cancel your service though, please consider that you will lose immediate access to the Intruder portal and we will no longer be able to check your systems for security weaknesses – so just make sure to export any information you want to keep!

Note: We also offer annual plans with preferential pricing; if you're interested, our sales team are on hand to answer any questions you might have.
